FAQ ON SQUEEKPERKS

1. WHAT IS SQUEEKPERKS AND DO I NEED TO PAY TO BE A MEMBER?
SqueekPerks is our rewards programme that allows you to earn points on your purchases or when you complete activities and redeem these points for rewards.

It is absolutely free to join!

2. HOW DO I EARN SQUEEK POINTS?
Log into your account when you are shopping with NakedSqueek or completing activities listed above.

3. HOW DO I REDEEM SQUEEK POINTS?
Log into your account on the NakedSqueek website. Under Redeem, select the reward of your choice (you will only be able to select it when you have sufficient points).

Upon confirmation, your reward (which will have a corresponding gift/discount code) will be listed under “Your Rewards” until you are ready to use it.

4. WILL MY SQUEEK POINTS EXPIRE?
We know it can be annoying to be reminded that your points are expiring soon. Squeek points do not expire so you can choose to redeem them anytime!

5. CAN I REDEEM MORE THAN ONE VOUCHER/GIFT PER TRANSACTION/PURCHASE?
You can redeem only one voucher or gift per transaction/purchase.

6. WHO CAN HELP ME IF I ENCOUNTER ISSUES WITH EARNING OR REDEEMING SQUEEK POINTS, OR IF I HAVE OTHER QUERIES ON THE PROGRAMME?
